Rebuilding lives in Rajanpur
In 2022, Hope of Punjab partnered with Khalsa Aid International to build 75 permanent homes for families who lost everything in the devastating floods of Rajanpur. These weren't temporary shelters — they were built as permanent, sturdy homes to give families a real foundation to restart their lives.
Each home represents hope restored, dignity returned, and a family given a second chance. The project went beyond just construction; it was about rebuilding communities and proving that humanity has no borders.
Families who had been living under open skies or in makeshift tents for months finally received the keys to their new homes — safe, durable structures designed to withstand future challenges. Children could return to a sense of normalcy, mothers could cook in their own kitchens again, and fathers could look forward to rebuilding their livelihoods with a roof over their heads.
